Talent Finder International is a Dubai recruitment partnership built on three decades of family heritage. My elder brother began our family's recruitment journey in the 1990s. I joined in 2009 and bring 16+ years of personal experience in international manpower mobilization. Established formally in 2025 as TFI LLC-FZ, our combined operations have placed 20,000+ workers across 50+ corporate clients.
Our Dubai office serves clients across the GCC, Europe, and Asia — supported by our integrated Nepal sourcing operation and established networks across India (our largest source), Bangladesh, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, and 5 African countries.
