Three generations of recruitment heritage
TFI is not a startup. We are the continuation of a family recruitment business that began in the 1990s when my elder brother first entered the industry. Across three decades, our family has placed over 20,000 workers across more than 50 corporate clients — building deep relationships across India, Pakistan, and Bangladesh that shape everything we do today.
In 2009, I joined the family business and learned the craft directly from him. Over the years, I worked as Operations Manager and Partner at an established Dubai recruitment firm, gaining deep insider knowledge of GCC procurement and large-account servicing.
In May 2025, I formally established Talent Finder International LLC-FZ in Dubai, partnered with our trusted Nepal sourcing operation — a licensed Nepal recruitment agency that anchors our source-country capability. Today, our integrated Dubai-Nepal partnership operates a 10-country sourcing network — with India as our cornerstone source — supported by Bangladesh, Pakistan, Nepal, Sri Lanka, and emerging African partners in Uganda, Kenya, Ethiopia, Sudan, and Egypt.
